Expert Knowledge in Aviation

Welcome to IOA Europe Ltd, we are an 'Expert Knowledge' organisation in the field of aviation offering a range of services to individuals, legal representatives, companies and organisations based on the in-depth knowledge and experience of its directors, staff and hand-picked associates.
'Expert Knowledge' advice in aviation saves time, money, false starts and dead-ends. It can be critical to the success of a project or process where prior expertise is not held or:
When knowledge and information are needed for a specific, clearly-defined purpose.
When an organisation wants to 'know what it doesn't know'.
To gather knowledge to support a process of change or improvement.
To kick-start a knowledge management programme by quickly generating a body of expert knowledge about a subject and making it available across the organisation.
As an ongoing practice, as part of a wider management strategy.
As a direct application by utilising expert services on a continued basis.
IOA Europe's range of services is wide and many areas of expertise, such as accident investigation and safety management systems, can also be applied to other, non-aviation safety critical disciplines. Take a look at the information on this site or contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Personal Jets

Personal Jets have arrived. Also known as Very Light Jets, or VLJs, these aircraft are set to revolutionise business and leisure travel.

Described by the United States National Business Aviation Association as "Jet aircraft weighing 10,000 pounds or less maximum certificated takeoff weight and certificated for single pilot operation's", VLJs will come in a range of shapes and sizes to accommodate between two and eight people, including the pilot. Prices will range from $1.0M to $3.0M, placing them well within the reach of many businesses and individuals. Affordable jet ownership and private jet charter is about to become available to a much wider audience.

Even though they promise considerable operating freedom and travel convenience VLJs are high performance vehicles and will need to be treated as such. They will share airspace with existing airliners and business jets so the Federal, European and National Aviation Authorities will want to be sure that safety is not compromised when VLJs join the heavies.

We will be working with the manufacturers to ensure that personal jet transport is introduced to Europe in as smooth and efficient manner as possible and we look forward to being at the forefront of this exciting new development in aviation.
